My name is Daniel Sheehy, i am at the ripe age of 23. I live in Ireland and have been here all my life. I have struggled with mental health and decided to take the time to spread awareness and my story.

About this blog

This blog will cover grounds on mental health as its base, with my aim being to spread awareness to it. I plan to give scientific evidence as well as my own personal feel and experiences to this blog. As i believe that with my voice, if I have the power to help even just one person, all the time and effort i put in will be worth it.

Mental health

I have struggled with mental health for over 3 years with 2 years of that being diagnosed with an anxiety and depression conditions. I still suffer to this day but am now seeking guidance, support and assistance in my journey to better myself. I never truly believed in mental health growing up, nor was i thought about its importance in our lives. So moving forward i plan to educate and make people aware of its spot in our lives, especially in this modern tech day.
